山东虚苑天和文化艺术有限公司，成立于20 1 2年6月8日，注册资金1000万人民币，公司主营原创版画、国画和油画及其系列衍生艺术作品的销售与租赁、高档礼品开发与定制、青少年版画培训等。

公司具有丰富而稳定的版画原创作品来源。目前，公司控股股东北京虚苑文化艺术发展有限公司，已与近200位版画艺术家签约，收购版画作品千余款，同时，签约艺术家队伍将不断扩大，有效保证了版画作品的艺术多样性和高品质。

公司位于济南市高新区舜风路322号，建筑面积1 500平米。就版画作品的展示交流而言，虚苑天和在山东是首家，规模亦是最大。在这里，我们可以品茗赏画，亦可以约三五好友，共同探讨艺术品投资与收藏心得。

更重要的是，公司将不定期地举办各种画展与艺术沙龙活动，国内著名艺术家与收藏名人将来到现场，与大家面对面交流，共同享受风雅生活。

ShandongXu Yuan Culture and Art Ltd was founded in 2012 (8th July) and isbased in Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. We specialize in selling andrenting prints (such as woodblock, stone, copper plates etc), as well as nationalpaintings (guohua) and oil paintings(youhua). Xu Yuanhas collaborated with almost two hundred artists since its foundation and isstill expanding. Diversity and quality are two of Xu Yuan’s principles and canbe found in each one of the one thousand prints, national paintings and oilpaintings in our collection.

The1,500 square metre office space in Jinan provides sufficient space for theexhibition of artworks, and equally provides a comfortable environment fordiscussing art with close friends over cups of Chinese tea. Most importantly,in the near future Xu Yuan will be organizing occasional exhibitions and artsalons. We hope this will provide Chinese artists and art collectors alike withthe opportunity to mingle and learn from one another.
